These 10 days are going to be the most action-packed trip that you have done and will remember for long.
Carnaval de Oruro, one of the biggest cultural spectacles in South America, is taking place for the first time after the Covid-19 pandemic started again. With the dates being 11-21 February 2023, the most important part is on the 18th and 19th.
Also, it is the rainy season in Bolivia between December to March which allows enjoying the Salar de Uyuni salt flats with the mirror effects.

How to get to Bolivia?

If you are coming from Europe then the easiest option is to take the Bolivian Airlines flight from Madrid. The flight goes to Santa Cruz de la Sierra from where you get a connection to La Paz or other cities in Bolivia. One-way flight Madrid-La Paz for 10.02 or 12.02 is currently 643 USD.
